Click on "Create Collection"
Name your collection & once done, click on "Add".
Click on "Download" to save your secret key. Note: You will need this every time to access responses to the collection, so try not to lose it!
Once you have saved your secret key, click on the checkbox that says "If I lose my Secret Key, I cannot activate my collection or access any responses to it" and then proceed by clicking on "I have saved my secret key safely".
Click on "Create Submission Link" to create a unique link to share with a citizen to submit files.
Name your submission link so you can that you can identify who is submitting these documents/which case these documents fall under.
Provide a name for your recipient if you wish!
Set the link expiry date for the submission link.
Type in your message or instructions for your recipients in the text box.
Once you're done defining the details, click on "Add" to create the submission link!
Type in the email you would like to send the link to and click on the green email icon to share the submission link with your intended recipient.
Alternatively, you can copy the submission link to share with your intended recipient instead. Click on the "Share" button here.
Click on the green copy icon to copy the submission link create to share with your intended recipient.
To share with multiple recipients, enter the emails you would like to share the link with followed by a comma or a space, and then click on the green send button on the right!
