Highway is a tool that allows any public officer with a "gov.sg" emails & other whitelisted healthcare organisations to request documents from members of public and non-government stakeholders via a secured link. It allows public officers to track submissions of files too. Highway currently restricts uploads from government devices, GSIBs, and government networks. ## Who can use Highway?
