## What is Highway?

Highway is a tool that allows any public officer with a "gov.sg" emails & other whitelisted healthcare organisations to request documents from members of public and non-government stakeholders via a secured link. It allows public officers to track submissions of files too.&#x20;

Highway currently restricts uploads from government devices, GSIBs, and government networks.

## Who can use Highway?

Any public officer with a "gov.sg" emails, whitelisted educational organisations and whitelisted healthcare organisations will be able to login & create collections and links for file submission on Highway.&#x20;
